RETURNS

You can now return your online Panache order in a few simple steps and paper free if you wish. Returning through our portal ensures you will be provided with a tracked return service back to our warehouse. Returns postage is payable by the customer.

RETURNS PROCESS

Step 1 : Click on our returns portal above and add your order number and postcode or e-mail. Select the preferred tracked returns service. You can select from Print at Home or Paperless.

Step 2 : You will be e-mailed a shipping label to print or a QR code to be scanned at the Post Office, depending on which option you chose.

Step 3 : Ensure all your returning items are secure in your parcel and take it to your local United States Postal Service. Please note that there is no paperwork required in the parcel when posting your return.

RETURNS POLICY

Items must be returned within 28 days of your order being delivered, and must not have been used, worn or washed. We ask that you make sure no make-up or creams etc. come into contact with the garments while you are trying them on, and refrain from trying on briefs. We reserve the right to refuse to refund where this clearly has not been adhered to and if briefs are returned in damaged or opened packaging. Please return the garments in the original packaging with all tags attached.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, please select the Damaged or Defective option on our returns portal.

We do not currently offer exchanges.
